I am a DONA-trained doula, now working toward being a DONA certified birth doula.

I also have experience as a labor and birth RN. As a labor nurse, it pains me that I am not able to give each patient my full, devoted attention and support. But I treasure the experience it gifts me seeing the inside workings of the US's obstetrics model.

As a labor doula, however, I am able to be 100% present for you as physical and emotional support.

You will benefit from my gentle but steadfast encouragement, my knowledge of labor stimulation and pain management techniques, and my understanding of the medical framework of American obstetric practice.
