After you've decided to entrust me as a member of your birth team, we will meet during your pregnancy.

 

During these get-togethers, we will discuss your birth options and preferences in detail so that I can be the best advocate for you during labor as possible.

 

I can also walk you through gentle stretches you can be doing while you wait for baby to come that will help prepare your mind and body for an optimal labor experience.

 

If you have any needs beyond my scope, I will help connect you with resources in our community to fulfill those.

As your birth doula, I will be available to you in many roles: encourager, advocate, educator.
